Pratik Gandhi is widely recognised for his role in `Scam 1992` as Harshad Mehta directed by Hansal Mehta. The actor effortlessly slipped into the role giving a very convincing performance. The actor-director duo then collaborated for Modern Love Mumbai. Pratik once again impressed in a short that spoke of homosexual love. He was cast opposite debutant Ranveer Brar, who is popular as a chef.
Last year, Mehta and Gandhi also announced that they will once again collaborate on an ambitious project. They will be working on a web series based on the life of Mahatma Gandhi. The series on Mahatma Gandhi will be based on the writing of historian and author, Ramachandra Guha and will be adapted from his two books, `Gandhi Before India’ and `Gandhi-The Years that Changed the World`.
