However, my flight was delayed by three-and-a-half hours, which meant that I couldn't ever make it on time. When I went to protest at the counter, the officials patiently heard me out, and offered to transfer me to another flight that was due to take off in 35 minutes. But they managed to get me onboard. I was very touched by their considerate attitude." Well Neetu, looks like you're flying high.
