In our special series Be My Guest, Neeti Mohan takes us in her private space and gives us a peek into what went into making her beautiful, serene house.
What`s your favourite spot in the house? My studio. I make music, meditation and spend me time in that room.&nbsp;
How did you design this area? During the pandemic I needed a recording set up plus a quiet room to do zoom meetings and yoga. Hence I created my Den.
&nbsp;How did you choose a colour scheme? I have big window and dark colour panels , I&rsquo;ve put LED lights and made it sound proof. I light the room according to my mood.
&nbsp;What`s your favourite decor item? Rugs! I love to sit on the floor a lot. I love to change and rotate the rugs I use. They ate part of my decor. Presently I am using colorful play mats thanks to my baby Aryaveer.&nbsp;
What`s an ideal day-off at home for you? Starting my day early with a cup of tea, listening to classical music or a podcast. Doing yoga on zoom. House Cleaning works like a therapy for me. I love to clean the house on my day offs. Followed by a &nbsp;delicious breakfast, music , long phone calls with close friends, Netflix and lots of playing with my baby.

What`s the most important aspect while deciding about a house? Sunlight!&nbsp;
If one ever visits your home, the one thing they will be treated to... Fruits, adrak wali chai and thepla.
The item one will always find in your pantry Fruits, dry fruits, cheese, gluten free muffins plus cookies and oat milk, &nbsp;tea- coffee, home made chidwa and thepla.

Your favourite gadgets at home Piano, recording gear, water heating kettle, home theatre, laptop, phone stand, ring light, nutri bullet, baby steamer, &nbsp;blender and Nespresso.
