Music composer and singer Adnan Sami on Wednesday, took a dig at CM Jagan Mohan Reddy after the Andhra CM congratulated team `RRR` for their historic win at the Golden Globe. Taking to Twitter, Jagan Reddy wrote, " The #Telugu flag is flying high!
