Malaika Arora is a fitness freak and a regular at her workout studio. Extreme weather conditions also do not stop this 'gymoholic' from attaining the perfect physique and staying fit. On Thursday, the actress posted photos of her doing pilates, which also accentuated her toned physique. The pilate form sure looked very tough and it requires immense dedication and strength to pull it off.
She posted photos on her Instagram account thanking her trainer Namrata Purohit for pushing her enough to get these forms right.
