While we all fear laws, we can't help but laugh at some of them. Vietnam has recently enforced laws prohibiting their cops from wearing sunglasses, hiding behind trees to ambush or fine civilians and for being 'heavily drunk' on duty.

While we all fear laws, we can't help but laugh at some of them. Vietnam has recently enforced laws prohibiting their cops from wearing sunglasses, hiding behind trees to ambush or fine civilians and for being 'heavily drunk' on duty. CS lists out some other laws that are just as ridiculous:

2. It is against the law to ask any person if their father was a criminal.
Canada: It is against the law to leave your doors and windows open if you are away from your house for more than one week.
Israel: 1. Bicycles may not ridden without a license.
2. Picking one's nose on the Sabbath is illegal.
