'Korean films are a thousand times better than Bollywood': Naseeruddin Shah

Speaking at an event in Mumbai, Naseeruddin Shah expressed his admiration for Korean and Thai cinema and compared it to movies on the Indian front.

Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, who is known for his power-packed performances and unconventional roles doesn`t mince his words when it comes to describing the current status of Indian cinema.
From playing a blind man in ‘Sparsh’ to the father of an illegitimate child in `Masoom`, he did justice to all the characters played by him on-screen. He has been honoured with the Padma Shri and the Padma Bhushan awards for his remarkable work in the film industry.
