Kartik Aaryan reduced body fat to 7 percent without steroids

For his role in Chandu Champion, actor Kartik Aaryan brought down his body fat to 7 percent from 39 percent. Director Kabir Khan revealed he achieved this feat without steroids

Ahead of the trailer launch, building more excitement among the fans, actor Kartik Aaryan treated fans with a new poster from the much-awaited sports drama `Chandu Champion`. Kartik took to Instagram and posted a new glimpse of him from the movie. The actor had earlier shared the first poster of the film on Wednesday.
The poster captures Kartik standing in a boxing ring wearing his boxing gloves and black shorts. Little bruise on his face and he is also wearing a mouthguard.
