I have a tendency to get tanned easily, so I use a higher SPF. But in a city like Mumbai, even a 15 is good. I use a medicated facewash and moisturiser, both of which have been recommended by my dermatologist. My morning and night regime aren't too complicated. In winter, since the skin feels dryer, I need to dab a little moisturiser in the mornings and before I go to bed. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2009/dec/Meghna.jpg" border="5" /> Because of the line that I am in, I have to wear a lot of make-up. So, I make it a point to clean my face with a make-up remover as soon as I'm done with the shoot. I also wash my face at least thrice a day to keep it dirt and grime-free. Diet control Fruits and juices are an important part of my diet. I also believe in eating healthy because what you eat is what you are. Winter or summer, I drink gallons of water. The only difference is that I stay away from chilled water in the winter months. u00a0 I down one litre when I wake up and another litre before going to bed. Water is a great way to purify your system and to detox it. Face it I hit the salon every two weeks to get a facial and a clean up done. I might not use too many fancy creams and lotions, but I never miss a facial. u00a0 However, I don't bleach my face too frequently. It is only when I am doing an outdoor shoot that requires me to look fairer, that I opt for it.
