Jigra: Alia Bhatt's next with Vasan Bala will see her fight for her sibling

Alia Bhatt has had a great year on the film front. After the success of `Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani`, a Hollywood debut and bagging the National Award for `Gangubai Kathiawadi`, fans were wondering what she will be doing next. And now, Bhatt has announced her next project.
Alia Bhatt has joined hands with director Vasan Bala for the first time for a film titled Jigra. Not only will the actress be seen as the protagonist, she is also the co-priducer of the film along with Karan Johar`s Dharma Productions. A short teser vidoe was also unveiled while annucing the title and release date of the film. The teaser had voice over of Alia Bhatt where eh addressing her sibling and talking about protecting them. The teaser also shows an animated version of Alia Bhatt standing in the rain with an intense look.
