The `Main Tera Hero` actress kept her fans and followers updated, throughout her pregnancy. The actress, who recently shared the news of her baby`s birth, is now celebrating `one week` as a mother.
On Wednesday morning, Ileana D’cruz posted a sweet picture on her Instagram. The photograph shows a close-up of her baby Koa clutching her finger. Ileana, while sharing the adorable picture, wrote, "1 week of being your Mama (red heart emoji)."
