Dhadak box office: Janhvi-Ishaan's film rakes in Rs 33 cr in its first weekend

Dhadak rakes in the highest weekend box office collection for a film starring debutants. Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer stands at a total of Rs. 33.67 crore

Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter's debut film Dhadak has left cash registers ringing with their box office collection. This is the highest three-day collection record for any newcomer's film in recent years. On Sunday, Dhadak saw a jump of 25 per cent from Saturday, and it earned Rs. 13.92 crores at the box office. The film, which released on July 20, earned Rs. 8.71 crore on its opening day, followed by Rs. 11.04 crore on Saturday, which was a huge 30 per cent jump from Friday's collection. Dhadak now stands at a box office total of Rs. 33.67 crore. Applaudable!
