Box Office: Here's how much 'Article 370' and 'Crakk' earned on opening day

Bollywood actress Yami Gautam`s ‘Article 370’ and Vidyut Jammwal`s `Crakk` released in theatres on Friday, February. Marking Cinema Lovers Day on Friday, all theatres across the country were selling tickets for fixed cost of Rs 99. Owing to this, the collections of the films released very comparatively lesser despite registering a good footfall. Yami Gautam`s political drama made over Rs 6 crore and action star Vidyut Jammwal’s film ‘Crakk: Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa!’ has minted Rs 4 crore on the first day of its release.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, ‘Article 370’, which has been directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale made Rs 6.12 crore in India on its first day. ‘Crakk’, which has been directed by Aditya Datt, has earned Rs 4.11 crore in India nett on its first day as per early estimates.
