On Thursday, the trailer of Yash Raj Film's and the year's most-anticpated one, Thugs of Hindostan was released on a large scale in Mumbai. At the trailer launch, Amitabh Bachchan was asked a question about actress Tanushree Dutta's sexual harassment allegations against veteran actor Nana Patekar. Senior Bachchan dodged the question, which is likely to kickstart Bollywood's own #MeToo movement.
Known from maintaining decent distance from controversies, Amitabh steered clear by saying: "Naa toh mera naam Tanushree hai, naa hee Nana Patekar. Kaise uttar dun aapko iss sawaal ka? (Neither is my name Tanushree, nor is it Nana Patekar. How do I answer this question?)"
