Adah Sharma and Anupriya Goenka team up for Chuha Billi. Prasad Kadam’s short film is a psychological thriller, which sees Sharma play the central part. “It is not a horror movie, but it is very scary. I’m glad we are pushing the envelope and creating some awesome content in short films,” says Sharma. “I may not have any friends left after people watch me in Chuha Billi. It is one of the toughest roles that I’ve done. It is multi-layered and complex,” adds the Commando 3 (2019) actor. Goenka was last seen in the web series Criminal Justice 2.
Adah Sharma will next be seen playing the role of a girl who is bipolar and depressed. "Chuha billi is a dark subject. I play a girl who is bipolar. She is depressed and she isn`t coping with it well. I would like to believe I`m exactly the opposite of this character, and that`s what attracted me the most to playing her. We did a lot of workshops for the film, too," Adah told IANS.
