Actor Ranvir Shorey took to X and lashed out at an airlines for causing a 10-hour delay. He also accused the staff of lying to the passengers

In the recent past, several citizens have been taking to social media to lash out at airlines after multiple delays and cancellations of flights. Now actor Ranvir Shorey has also faced a similar situation and took to X to share his plight. The actor revealed that he was stuck at the airport for 10 hours after checking in for a 2 pm fight at the Bengaluru airport. He said that his flight took off only at midnight and they were fed with lies by the on-ground staff of the airlines.
Actor Ranvir Shorey wrote on X(formerly Twitter), “A rough account of what @IndiGo6E put us through yesterday: Our flight was scheduled for 2 PM. All 8 of us checked in 2 hours prior as stipulated, and only then were we informed that the flight is 3 hours late due to bad weather (fog). We were not intimated prior to reaching the airport. Still, we did not complain, thinking there must have been a communication issue and were completely understanding, as we were aware that at this time of the year these things happen sometimes.”
