<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/entertainment/bollywood-news/article/aayush-sharma-on-enduring-rigorous-training-for-his-upcoming-ruslaan-23308562" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Aayush Sharma</a> is attempting an out-and-out action fare with Ruslaan. Recently, the team released a pre-teaser to drum up interest around the movie. Knowing the importance of a film&rsquo;s first look, director Karan Butani and the actor roped in Livingston Antony Ruben, the editor behind Shah Rukh Khan&rsquo;s blockbuster Jawan (2023), to translate their vision into a pre-teaser.

Any director will tell you that editing plays the final role in making or breaking a movie. <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/entertainment/bollywood-news/article/salman-khan-brother-in-law-aayush-sharma-car-meets-with-accident-police-files-fir-against-drunk-biker-23325492" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Sharma</a> believes it becomes all the more important in an action entertainer. &ldquo;The sharpness of an action movie comes from the editing, and Ruben&rsquo;s expert guidance and deft hands have done their magic,&rdquo; says the actor, adding that Ruben has a finger on the audience&rsquo;s pulse.&nbsp;
&ldquo;He has worked on movies like Pushpa: The Rise [2021], Bigil [2019] and Mersal [2017]. So, he understands scale and knows exactly how to present something that appeals to all. Bringing life to every frame with an innate sense of rhythm and storytelling is his forte.&rdquo;
