Like many of his ilk, singer Neeraj Sridhar is also a big fan of RD Burman. In a recent event at Andheri, where he paid tribute to Panchamda, Neeraj told CS, "I am what I am thanks to Pancham Da and his music.



I grew up listening to his songs and I am not ashamed to admit that I have even imbibed his style many times in my songs.

In fact, my very first remake happened on a train from Stockholm to Germany on 'Mere Sapno ki Rani' from Aradhana. I am so happy that today I am standing here and singing his songs for his fans." Well Neeraj, RD is immortal!
